If endometrial implants or adhesion occur in the fallopian tubes, they may eventually block the sperm from entering the tubes.

3) Blockage in ovaries
Endometrial implants or adhesion occur in the ovaries that interfere with the normal function of egg releasing during menstrual cycle.

In advance case of endometriosis, endometrial adhesion are formed between the uterus, ovaries, and fallopian tubes, blocking the forward movement of sperm resulting in infertility.

5. Low level of progesterone
Progesterone is essential for conception, low level of progesterone will cause abnormalities of the endometrium that interferes with a fertilized egg to adhere to the uterine lining. Low level of progesterone also causes miscarriage.
